For the Job Seekers
No problem. Resetting your password is quick and easy.
- Click here if you’ve forgotten your password, and we’ll email you a link to reset it.
- Click on the link in the email you receive from us.
- Reset your password.
Make sure to keep an eye on your spam folder, as our password reset emails sometimes wander in there by mistake. If you’re still having trouble logging in, then contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help
- Login to your account (or follow this link if you’ve forgotten your password).
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ on the left hand panel.
- From here you can change your email address, company name, company logo, and ATS settings
- Click update/change as required.

We want to help you find the right candidates for your roles. Find out about the benefits of registering with IT Marketing Jobs as an employer or recruiter, and follow these simple steps to set your account:
- Click on this link to reach our registration form.
- Enter an email and password.
- Wait for our verification email, then click on the link provided to verify your account.
- Set up your company name and logo.

You can post your latest job roles by following these straightforward steps:
- Click on the login or register buttons (click here if you’re having password problems).
- Click on ‘Post Job‘ icon from the account dashboard.
- Next, fill in the required information, including job title, location, salary, and the job description.
- Click ‘Save Draft’ to save your progress (the draft will be saved under ‘Inactive Jobs’).
Or
- Click ‘Post Job’ to make your job advert live.

We have both standard and featured job posting options, as well as a select number of premium corporate advertising products. Make sure to check our Ultimate Hiring Guide to help get maximum value from your job posting. To post an ad just follow these steps:
- Click on the login or register button at the top of the screen (forgotten your password? Follow the link).
- Click on ‘Post Job’ icon from the account dashboard.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click ‘Save Draft’ to save your progress (the draft will be saved under ‘Inactive Jobs’).
- Click ‘Post Job’ to make your advert live.
You can find all your job posts easily by following these steps:
- Login to your account (if you’re having trouble logging in, click here to reset your password).
- Click on ‘Live Jobs’ icon or the ‘Live Jobs’ button on the sidebar.
- All live posts made by you will now be visible.
There’s no limit on job posts at IT Marketing Jobs, so you can advertise as many roles as you need. If your posts aren’t displaying, or you have any other issues, contact us any time for additional help and support.
You can see all the job posts you’ve made with your account at any time, just:
- Login to your account (click here if you’ve forgotten your password).
- Click on the ‘View Inactive Jobs’ icon while at the dashboard, or the ‘Inactive Jobs’ button on the left hand panel.
- Browse your complete job posting history.
You’ll also find any job advert drafts saved under ‘Inactive Jobs’. You can edit these and set them to go live at any time. If you’re having difficulty posting jobs for any reason, or have any other queries, please get in touch, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
You can easily change your company name (and add/alter a logo to appear next to your job posts), whenever you like, by following these steps:
- Follow this link to login to your account. Alternatelvey follow this link if you’re having password trouble.
- Click on the ‘Account Settings’ icon, or the ‘Account Settings’ button on the left hand panel.
- Enter your company name in the ‘Company Name’ text field.
- Click ‘Update’.
If you want to add a company logo to your job posts (we recommend you do for added engagement), then:
- Login.
- Head to ‘Account Settings’ as above.
- Click on ‘Upload New Logo’ under the company name text box.
- Choose your logo and upload it to your account. This logo will now appear beside your job posts.
If you’ve followed the above steps but are still having no joy, then contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Please use our contact form and tell us the steps you made to get to the error and the error. We then can replicate the error and make the correction. If you find something as you post jobs or search for resumes that does not make sense or could be done a more efficient way, we would appreciate your feedback. We want to make this site as user-friendly as possible.
